Wells Fargo Bank

It looks like good manners it is not a standard or requirements to get a job on this branch. I ask a employee for some statements and he told me it would cost me, when i asked him how much, he told me that he would require to research for the cost, he didn't even touch the keyboard to help.. i want to believe that this was a bad apple, on the mean time, I'm not coming back to this place..
