We have been renting from Wells Realty for over 3 years now and we have been very satisfied. The home we rent is in a very nice neighborhood. The home is in great condition and we have only had to call them 2 times in 3 years for service issues. Both times they sent out professional businesses to complete the fix. The staff at Wells Realty are very respectful & friendly, Courtney Wells himself has been more than helpful and is always smiling! We thank everyone there for being such a great team and I would recommend this company to anyone!
