I go to White Horse Car Wash often. This Friday 07/21/17 was one of the most disappointing experiences. I always pay for the Secretariat and the service I received was unacceptable. They only did half of the interior in the car, they did not open the hatch to do the back and there were fingerprints and dust/dirt still on the dash and windows and there was dirt on the middle of the console. When I brought this to their attention, the attendants that did the "work" just looked at me and did not say a word. I evened opened the hatch to show them they did not even attempt to clean it. Again, no response. Finally, another attendant came over and said he would do the work. This time I stayed to make sure it was done properly. He was nice about redoing the work that was not done. But, I did have stay there and show him all the things that were not done. I was extremely disappointed in the service I received, especially when they would not even acknowledge that they did not do the cleaning they were suppose. There is a new car wash/detail coming to Charlottesville soon, it looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Update 9-09-17: I have now been 3 times to the Cville location for detailing and have NOT been disappointed with the level of service given by the employees at WHAW. Johnny, the manager, makes himself available for discussion and comment and we talked about how the waiting area could be improved. They have free WiFi - which I should have mentioned earlier - and this I always appreciate. My car looked shiny and new and smelled marvelous after my appointment, so heaps of thanks to the hard-working and pleasant folk at WHAW.
