There may have been plenty of successful and happy businesses that have gone through this company unnoticed or not reviewed. However, in my specific situation it was a complete mess and a waste of my time. The only thing good from this place was the manager, Paul, who was the only one that worked and resolved the problem in which my shipment was finally delivered to me. The first driver that "attempted" to deliver, on that Wednesday, claims that no one was home even though my friend's wife stayed at home when we're at work (Also forgot to mention, the driver's "attempt" was outside of the appointment time, too). I called after I got off work, got it scheduled again through which I believe is the front desk, which I thought was the end of it. That was the start of this whole mess. The next day, Thursday, no attempts were even made to make the delivery, even with the appointment time set. I called again, figured if they can't do their jobs then I'll have to take time out of my day and do it myself. I asked them to have the shipment on the dock ready so I can drive two hours up to pick it up, they claim it'll be ready to go the next day for pick up. Friday, after work, I called again to make sure they have it ready before I drive up two hours, they said it was ready to go. Again, I made the mistake to even think that was the end of it. I drove up two hours (my time because people can't do their jobs), wasted 5 gallons of gas, just to find out the shipment was LOGGED as being on the dock, with no visual verification that it was there, and no attempts were made to call me and inform me they CAN'T find it. Instead, they just let me roll in expecting my package, and tell me the package is not there. I talked to the supervisor for that night shift. He was nice but can't do anything, apologized, said he'll turn it over to the next shift, and pretty much told me to piss off until the weekend has passed, nicely. I wasted my time and my gas, and was not compensated for their mistakes and waste of my resources. I had to instead, WAIT over the weekend just so they can START searching. I talked to the seller, and they were getting ready to ship out another package to replace the one I had, because they declared it as "lost" and was going to file a claim against the shipping company. Finally, Monday comes, I called again and sounded like it was Paul's first time hearing about the issue, which sounds like the supervisors failed to turn over such information. Paul finally looked into the issue, however, they did not find the shipment until Tuesday. The shipment was somehow wrapped into a bulk shipment to another receiving party, which seems unacceptable for me, the package has specific information about me and it was delivered to another person? They cannot deliver the shipment until Wednesday. So while I'm on shift work, I slept late and woke up early just so I can sign the paperwork which I received the package. Again, the driver did not show up in the appointed time, and I was very close to showing up to work late. It was supposed to be delivered but it took another WEEK to be finally delivered. The lack of integrity, failure of supervision, poor customer service, poor work ethic, and poor time management for delivery made this a horrible experience. I am not telling future customers to not use this service, assuming they have a choice in the selection of shipping companies. This incident happened to me, but I'm sure there are many satisfied customers out there with this service.
