Zales

Zales is a great jewelry store but don't ever shop at southpark location. There customer service sucks. They never answer the phone and when they do they act like there's a problem. I just wish I went to another location. Bad experience here.

PURCHASE A RING AND DIDN'T HAVE MY SIZE SO IT WAS A SPECIAL ORDER THE DATE THEY GAVE WAS 07/07/2017 IT IS NOW THE 07/11/2017 THEY SAY IT'S GOING TO BE ANOTHER COUPLE OF WEEKS NEVER AGAIN, I COULD HAVE TAKEN MY PRODUCT AND HAD IT SIZED SOMEWHERE ELSE THE WORST PLACE OF BUSINESS NO CALL TO SAY SORRY FOR THE DELAY OR ANYTHING
