Zoup!

One of my 7 year olds favourite places to go! Different soups to try everyday. If you are a soup and sandwich person you'll love it. Hasn't disappointed yet.

Poor customer service!! The staff brought our meal with cold bread when I asked for toasted warm bread. The staff went to ask the owner about the bread and never came back so we started eating. Five minutes later he came back asking for our bread so he can warm it up. Are you serious?..we started eating already? My kids already dunk their bread in the soup. The owner of this place doesn’t care about the customer. She told the staff to get the bread back to warm it up. What a joke! I spent close to $24 and a piece of bread is maybe 10 cents?? I normally don’t write reviews but this is the second time this owner has shown poor customer service and choose to save a few cents over a bread! No wonder everytime we come this place is empty! Owner is not friendly and unwelcoming. That’s now how you get people coming back. We’d been coming here only because my son, but not sure after today we’d come back. Owner of this place is frugal, and willing to lose 3 customers over a piece of bread!
