Efficient and very reliable service. You pay for the convenience of having your laundry picked up and dropped off twice a week. For me, it is definitely worth it. Plus, all the Crest employees I have interacted with have been friendly, customer-service focused and a delight to deal with, both in their Kingstowne store as well as their delivery drivers. I have been using Crest for the past five years and could not be happier with their service - they have never let me down. The service and friendly attitude continues, whether via their great home-pickup/delivery service or whenever I go into the Kingstown's store - try it - you will not be dissapointed.
