Solid pork and sides. Not the level of BBQ you'd find in Kansas City or North Carolina (few places outside BBQ capitals are), but good stuff for DC. Collards are well made. Also it is always just easy. Overall I'd put it at about the same level as sweet fire Donna's, somewhere below Federalist pig and district BBQ, but above most of the rest.
