Losing a pet like the one I lost was devastating to my family, this company really helped us when it came to having to say good bye. When my dog passed away less then two days ago we called like an hour after he passed and they insured us over the phone that the would respect our pet and they did. We pulled up and the lady at the front came out with a table drapped in a clean white sheet to help us bring him in. They gave us as much time as we needed to say good by and explained exactly how everything happens. The lady at the front even helped us make a Christmas ornament of our dogs paw print before we left. She was extremely simpethetic and answered every question we had. We ordered our pet a custom ern and she even explained how when it comes in she would help us transfer our beloved pet from the temp one to his. They have erns their but we wanted to customize our pets since he gave us the best years of my life. I wish I would never lose another pet but fact is when we get them we already no we will out live them and with that being said I will forever use this company because of the respect they showed my family and the care they gave my loving pet. To the lady at the front desk that works there and took care of chase I hope you no you helped us out extremely well. I wish I could do more than say thank you. Because of you I will always recommend you to everyone who I hope never needs you but I no eventually will.
