Animal Medical Center

The staff is really nice. We take our 8 year husky there for the doggy daycare, she loves it. She is so tired every night there. The workers take pictures of the dogs there which is nice. Our dog looks like she really like it there in the pictures

Have had our pups here since 2009 and I don't think we've ever considered switching. The staff is great! They answer all of our weird questions and are more than helpful in scheduling and making sure the pups are taken care of to the nth degree. We are more than satisfied!

This would have been a five star except for the new policy about boarding. My dog has been going here for over 7 years for grooming and now for boarding. I bring her here because she is used to the staff. The grooming staff is excellent. Boarding they now have a policy of no special toy or blanket. My reminder email stated that they were not responsible for items left (which I have no problem with). Callie gets very upset when left and her special toy helps elevate the separation anxiety. Once she is upset she usually has medical issues due to her liver problem and pancreatitis. When I picked her up after boarding for only one night I was informed she didn't eat her breakfast. She was not herself for the rest of the day. I hope that the policy will change. Her toy was not a chocking hazard it was her security. She treats it like a baby pup. Other than that issue her care as been excellent. I have an appointment to board her again in a few weeks. I will give it one more try and see how she handles it.
