I was just here 5 minutes ago to fix my frame. Apprently the hinge screws came loose and caused temples to angle to the point I can't wear it. Mr Till was confident and frank about that he might break the frames while bending the frame to fix the angulation. Well after less than 10 minutes of sitting across him, my glasses were fixed and he even went on and tightened the screws for the other side. I would definitely return if I need further services or need a new pair of glasses. Very reliable.
