I have been dealing with back issues for more than 6 years, and was having a difficult time exercising regularly and sleeping well -- Dr. Compas was recommended by a friend as "very thoughtful" which is quite true. I'd never been to a chiropractor and was very nervous (the idea of having anything "crack" didn't appeal at all) and worried that it would make a delicate situation worse! The opposite was true -- He listened to me, and went very slowly and very gently through every step. Working with him and with the massage therapist in his office have been far and away the most effective treatment for my back that I've found yet. I felt much better after the first visit, and did 2 1/2 weeks of very frequent visits -- I go back every couple weeks or months for a tune-up, but the appointments with Dr. Compas have vastly improved my sleep and general comfort levels. I feel more resilient and better rested than I have in a long time!
