I worked in REVIVAL HOME CARE AGENCY for a while. It was my first working experience. It was a great experience. I learned a lot from everyone in this company. Every person there is so friendly. They are willing to help everyone that needs help. They have a great friendly staff. I was learning simple things in the beginning, and I saw how friendly the staff is, answering phone calls. Taking new patients and trying to solve problems for current patients. Everyone there was willing to help. I worked there for a good amount of time and the staff there works as team. They cooperate to try to give the best services to patients.I mean even during snow days, they had some one available to answer phone calls and take new patients. I mean snow days are the worst because we are stuck and can't leave our houses, but they work hard to help there patients. I would recommend this to everyone who wants home care. I mean who wouldn't ask for a great friendly team? Many times I received phone calls from old patients requesting to be serviced again, because the clinicians. Also, new patients who come in, they are seen AS SOON AS POSSIBLE like the second day of referral. My supervisors and CEO were very helpful and nice.
