During a recent windstorm which affected many homes in my area, part of my roof was damaged and at risk of falling and causing further damage. In less than an hour after I called, Frank Jr. stopped by to assess the damage. They had crews working over the weekend to help people with emergency repairs, and had a crew at my house on a Sunday afternoon to do an emergency patch. The crew came early the next morning to do the final repair. I was so impressed with their immediate response, particularly since I was a new customer.
