Zolly Motors Automotive Inc

My experience with Zolly Motors dates back to 1995. At the time I was driving my dad's Volkswagen Rabbit (yeah, remember those?). I struck a curb in DC, and the engine immediately stalled out. I looked under the hood, couldn't find anything wrong. We had it towed to Zolly's. What a mistake. I arrived with the tow truck and went inside to explain what happened. As I tried to explain the problem, Zolly began yelling at me. I did nothing to provoke him; I simply described the problem the car was having. He wouldn't stop yelling at me, and he also use profane language. I didn't know why he was doing this, so I started to walk out. At that point he shouted that he wasn't going to fix the car, and he was going to shove it out onto the street. Since then, I will not allow my vehicles to be serviced by him. He's extremely belligerent.
