Typically alright, but waiting 30+ minutes (told 5 to 7 minutes) for a prescription that was called in an hour and a half ago gave me a chance to observe the staff. The guy helping customers didn't listen to anyone...constantly entered the wrong info which made each interaction way longer than it had to be. Then he asked a customer for their name and when the customer started, he said "wait a minute" then walked away. My wife kept telling me they were bad but I didn't witness it...I did today. We will be changing pharmacies, too many around here to settle with this one.
