The company is all about selling their furniture, but it took 4 phone calls for me to get someone to even look at my broken headboard, (it broke after 3 months) they finally came. 2 weeks after the men had told me they would order another one, I still had not heard anything. I called the company and was informed that they hadn't even ordered a replacement headboard because I hadn't come to the store to sign a form. This was the first I had heard about signing any form. This is the first and last time I will shop at badcock furniture.
