Bay Transit

This morning I had an 11:30 a.m appointment at my doctors office on Main Street at the Courthouse. I called a week ahead to schedule a ride to and from my appointment. My pick up was scheduled for 10:59 a.m to my appointment and 1: 00 p.m for the ride home. So I called at 11:00 a.m to check on my pick up and told by Suzy my pick up was 11:15 a.m . Than she tries to tell me I had a 1 p.m pick up, so I told her that time was for my ride home. So I missed my much needed appointment and Suzy and Bay Transit could care less if they tell the truth or not. You see I have complained before and was told by someone in management they had no Suzy working their. I have never received my free ride tickets and this is yet another missed medical appointment. They need to get it together, people who cannot drive and have medical appointments suffer because of their lack of professionalism.
