We used Bruno's for a birthday event in May 2017. This was the second time we have used them. Both times, we were *very* pleased with the excellent customer service we received. Casey, the owner, is extremely pleasant, responsive, and very easy to work with. The folks that delivered the bounce house were also pleasant, prompt and flexible. They even asked us what time we wanted them to come and get the bounce house at the end of the day! This company drops off early and picks up late, giving you 'extra' time outside of the established event window. We've had friends who have used other bounce companies and those places have been extremely rigid in their drop-off/pick-up process.
Bruno's has a nice selection of bounce houses and their prices are very reasonable. The registration process is easy and hassle-free and the communication with them prior to and after the event is superb. What we found to be a really nice touch is that Casey checks in after the event to make sure that we were fully satisfied.
We would use this company again without hesitation. We would recommend Bruno's Bounce House to anyone who is looking for a great hassle-free experience for their fun event!
