(Woodbridge location) The front office staff is pleasant, the waiting area is fun for kids, and we didn't have to wait long for a routine cleaning. The hygienist was outstanding with my toddler: she had nicknames that described each tool, she explained exactly what she was going to do before she did it, she listened to my child, and made my toddler feel completely at ease during the visit. Dr. Mala was less "bubbly" than the hygienist, but sang and distracted my toddler very effectively while assessing teeth. The only thing I would've changed about the appointment was that it was a little long (+1hr) for a 3-year-old, but it may have been long because Dr. Mala also took the time to answer my questions during her time with us.
