Where to begin. The manager was rude to everyone. He was very demeaning to his employees. All he was doing was yelling. Customers would give their order and either hand him cash or try to swipe the card and he would walk off. It took me 18 minutes to get my food after I ordered. A young lady walked in and said that she drove through the drive-thru and her order was wrong. He snatched the sandwich from her hand threw it in the trash and start yelling at his employees. They clearly do not respect him and are tied of his verbal abuse. I don't think he can cut it very well in a busy lunch rush just outside of a huge park of Office Buildings and the Dulles Expo Center. I asked for a receipt so that I could have his name and store number and he refused.
