.I purchased a vehicle from this shop to later find out that the CarFax (which DOES NOT report every accident - if the accident is not reported to police and the work is done at a shady body shop, it will not show up on a CarFax and they actually take zero responsibility in this particular instance) did not include a major accident that the dealer indicated was likely responsible for several mechanical issues related to the drive-train and engine. The dealer, though understanding, only refunded a small portion (approximately 2/5) of the "auto service CONTRACT" (read; not a warranty) as they would not repair the car either, as the accident occurred prior to purchase. The dealer later went through how to know a car has had damage in the past, indicating he likely knew the purchased car was damaged. Extremely dishonest and the experience left me feeling, that though polite, they had "gotten one over" on me. Because this shop relies on purchasing from Auto Auctions (a well known way to circumvent accident history to "wash" the car's history after a shady body shop completes work), they likely have a higher percentage of cars like this than other shops. Under zero circumstances would I recommend purchasing a car, service contract, or financing from here, or other places in this same plaza of used car dealers.
Buyer beware indeed.
