My experience with Albemarle Glass and Mirror is one of the worst I've EVER had dealing with a local company. From August 20th until November 2nd they kept our family antique mirror for replacing the mirror inside the frame and NEVER did it. I called them repeatedly and they kept giving excuses. The one time I was able to speak with the owner, Mr. Brent Wright, he gave short, rude answers to my inquiry about what the hold-up was and he did not return my subsequent calls. I finally threatened the company with filing a claim in court so that I could get the family heirloom back, along with the money I had paid. The owner nor the manager offered absolutely ANYTHING to compensate my trouble with them other than the manager and the secretary apologizing for not providing the product I paid for. This is not a business I will ever use again and I will encourage my family and friends to get their mirror and glass replacement elsewhere, even if it costs more! I wish I didn't have to leave ANY star but my review will not publish without it!
