2 stars compared to real Chinese, Taste of Asia, or Peter Chang's, but still way better than Americanized Chinese- therefore 3 stars.
The good: plenty of real Sichuan dishes on the menu, niurou mian every day of the week, and one of the only places you'll see egg-tomato for lunch (try it, that's my go-to and it's been good every time).
The bad: I've enjoyed Gingko since it was the NiHao Cafe, but I must say the food quality seems to have steadily declined over the years- fewer ingredients in the dishes, less distinctive flavors, greasier, less precision in the cooking levels of the rice/noodles/meats.
Bottom line: Still a nice family and you'll see plenty of zongguoren eating there, but the food's just not on.
