I made my reservation online, but when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the gentleman that took my reservation was COMPLETELY rude and ended up charging me for a bunch of insurance that I never agreed upon. At the time I had NO idea I was being charged for this. He never explained to me when he had me sign the rental agreement that he was charging me for these extra "services". It wasn't until I looked at my bank statement and saw I was being charged 3x the amount I signed up for. Luckily a representative at Hertz was nice enough to lower SOME of the charges, but I will NEVER, EVER rent from this place again.
