Disappointed with the lack of professionalism and transparency. I do not feel like these guys were trust worthy or even cared about my car. There is no clean waiting room. You have to sit outside of the store assuming there is a dirty sit available. The tall mechanic who spoke to me was difficult to understand. I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times and still did not understand his English well. Then he argued with me about my windshield wipers needing to be fixed when they were just repaired 2 weeks ago. Finally he conceded that only one needed to repair. He also told me that I needed to change my exhaust when Jiffy Lube recently told me that the leak was so minimal that I did not need to change it. To top it off he told me he couldn't remove my tire hood cap to check my brakes but that with his light he could see the brakes were low. Then he said he would fix my exhaust and windshield wiper, but still had to fail my car for safety inspection due to a repair he could not do. The office lady could not answer my questions either when I attempted to get clarification.
