Tanashia in the Commercial Property office & Dale in the Maintenance Department have both shown incredible professionalism and patience. We just started leasing from Woodard Properties and have always had private landlords, until moving into our current office a few weeks ago. We have been in contact with Tanashia over the past year viewing different properties that come available and she has always been more than helpful and timely in all of our dealings with Woodard. It's so nice to know there are businesses out there that still operate by the code of great customer service.
