I want to leave this review because of a good experience and I think it will help others find the agent they are looking for! David Allison and the whole Allison Alliance team were with me every step of the way in purchasing my first home. If you're looking for an easy-to-work-with agent who returns calls/emails/texts and is very attentive, David is the guy. He's reliable and wants the best for his clients. We even had some issues with the work done on the house prior to closing and he continued to make sure those issues were resolved even after closing. I can safely say that I will be working with him again in the future when it's time to sell this house and buy another. Would recommend!

David and his team did a fantastic job selling our house and helping us purchase our new one. He is smart and professional and made the entire process a breeze. My house sold in two days for full price, and his team is a big reason why! If we ever had any questions, he was always there to answer. When we bought our new house, he was an excellent advocate. Nikki worked hard typing up our contracts and offers at odd hours too. I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
