They have you sign up for their rewards program and then refuse to accept coupons that they send you. Hallmark sent a $5 off of $10 coupon today . My total was over $50 yet the cashier refused to scan it because she claimed my purchase didn’t qualify even though she admitted the coupon would work because she was “doing her job”. You let $5.00 cost you a customer for ever. Customer service like this won’t keep you in business
