They came out and work on the wrong heat pump the tech was honest and apologies but the people above him is very unprofessional telling me to put out another service call but they was wrong for working on a non contracted item so instead of having one unit down now I have two so at least come fix your mistake.. I will never recommend them to any one the will take your money and run.
