They made it look new again. They answered all my questions and were exceptionally professional and thorough. All of Jenkins’ services were beyond expectations. They go the extra mile.

Went to Brian who contracted this company through usaa . then to Walt who's in charge but waiting 4 weeks and 2 days for a bathroom to be restored I'm sick of deadlines not being met which has thrown my my life's scheduling off. I've been extremely patient but I'm ready to call usaa and ask why they hire Jenkins restoration when they are not reliable. Excuses. For not meeting 2 deadlines on a small bathroom to be repaired .
