Mt Pleasant Veterinary Clinic

Mt. Pleasant Veterinary Clinic has respectable veterinarians and staff, but their customer service is very frustrating. They seem too busy for their office size. The doctors are always in a room and if you call rarely will you get the veterinarian, which means if you have a follow-up question you wait all over again. They really push their own pharmacy, and didn't like to do verbal authorizations. It's 2018, plenty of doctors do verbal authorizations. They don't work with 1-800 pet meds. They wanted us to do 2 follow-up appointments for a routine dental removal. 2? that's entirely unnecessary. I just got the overall feeling that you were doing them a favor! We are going back to our old vet clinic in Virginia Beach.
