Sears Auto Center

nope nope nope. Told me my front brakes had 'excessive corrosion" and that the pads were somewhere between okay and good. Apparently they didn't actually LOOK at them. The front rotors and pads were replaced less than 24 hours prior to my visit. They are BRAND NEW. Also, I made an appointment the day before online and selected a time slot that was showing available (there were 2 left for the day). When I got there I was advised I was being "squeezed in" and that I was almost called and asked to reschedule. The hell is the point of an appointment if it's just an arbitrary place marker?

Angella was friendly and professional and gave me all the best options and advice for tires I needed on both my vehicles she also saved me a lot of money. She has represented Sears Auto with stellar customer service.
