Josh gave me one of the best customer service experiences that I've ever had. We had birds that made a nest in the vents and he sprayed because we had mites come into the bathroom where the vent was that they were in. After the birds departed he placed covers over all the outdoor vents and we have been happy. We even referred him to a neighbor who was very pleased as well.
