I don't know why this Tropical Smoothie is so slow. The people are friendly enough. I was just in there to just get a smoothie - no food. The line was back to the door. People were upset because the oven broke down, but they weren't telling customers this until they got up to the register. Finally, a customer announced it to those in line. Also, only 2 people in the back making food & smoothies.
