Belle Courts Apartments

If i could give less than or negative ratings for this apartment complex, i would! This is no place to raise a child much than animals. The children are bullies. On top of the children being bullies it's no different than the adults that are bullies. My tub leaked into the neighbor's apt for two months and three months prior the tub started to mold away under the tub. I have not had a cabinet door on my kitchen cabinet since i moved in six years ago. The cabinet door that was barely hanging on when i moved in had what looked like a meat clever went through it and was barely attached. I was told that it would be fixed and replaced before i moved in a week later. Evictions(21/30) are handed out to the disliked people that don't kiss managements butt or to the ones that don't participate in personal or sexual favors. Hope that you are a type of person that will do anything for things you need. The facts that you have to be low income and practically living in a cardboard box to get an apartment here is nothing to the way you're treated when you actually move in. It gets worse when you move in. It's to the point where there's residents are trying to make petitions to get management removed. This place is a disgrace and i wish it was easier to save money to relocate to a better place, but it's not. Good luck to ANYONE who falls in a hole in their life that makes them have to be at this apartment complex.
