Brandon at the Manassas Park, VA branch provided Excellent Service. Simple and easy getting the car. I asked for an upgrade to an SUV (for the same rate that I originally booked) and he immediately offered the next available unit (though it was a Pick-up). At the JFK, NYC Airport facility, may I suggest that you consider changing the Entrance to your driveway, it's not easy and safe, since one has to make a full UTurn to get in which can be difficult for a big car. Otherwise, returning the car and Shuttle Service was also very simple and driver very helpful. Online Reservation is also simple and very user friendly. Rates are very competitive.

This place is a scam. You bring the car back the way you got it and next thing you know, they charge you for damages that weren’t caused on your end. They also had nasty coffee stains and the scent of cigarettes. Don’t ever rent from them!

The online reservation process was quick and easy. The pick-up process was simple and quick, except for the fact that I had to ask them to wash the vehicle. Also, as we were travelling we kept find trash here and there in the vehicle and when the sun hit the windshield we realized that the windows had not been cleaned on the inside as the entire windshield on the passenger site was covered with footprints from a previous renter. I have used Enterprise several times and been very satisfied, this time not so much.
