A few months ago I started a conversation with the GM Mr. Osmani regarding when to turn my lease in for a new VW. He advised that I wait closer to the end of my lease which I did. This past week I emailed him again and set an appointment to talk about my options. When we spoke in his office, he explained in detail what my options were after knowing my needs and budget. He printed out a price list for 3 cars that would fit my needs and I test drove 2 of them. I ended up leasing a Jetta having love the deal and the car. Mr. Osmani is a honest, straight to the point, none-pressuring person. He will counsel you out of buying if he feels it's not the right time which he did for me prior to this meeting. When he offered the options for me, he let me decide what I want to do with them. I felt he is the type of car GM who offers unbiased car buying consultation which is not the norm when you go to a car dealership. His position is unique also because he can pull cars from Honda, Volvo, or VW (owned by the same company)for his customers to chose from. I enjoyed our discussion and learned a lot about leasing vs buying. When my wife's lease is up, we will go back to him. May I add that Al, the sales rep, did a great job taking care of me. I highly recommend this dealership because of Mr. Osmani.
