Geek Squad

Terrible service. They keep the computer for a week, call to say its fixed but when we got it back we couldn't even get in to it. It looks like they locked us out. The password is not working. There is no way to get through to a real person. There is a looped message that says "Press 3 for Geek Squad" but when you press 3 it doesn't connect. They have an email to communicate how they're doing, but it kicks back as "Undeliverable." For communication specialists they get a F.
