Saks OFF 5TH

This is a great place to shop. The price range is very affordable and the staff are very nice. There is enough space to shop around without bumping into people and the items are always organized. I shop on their online store but I walk into this locaton sometimes to get the items that I need. This place is highly recommended.

I've never written a google review before but I thought that my experience today at this Saks Off location warranted one. I came in today to return a pair of boots I purchased at the Rockville location and the sales associate told me she would not do it. I then called the Rockville location to confirm that my return was not possible but the Rockville manager assured me that it was perfectly fine. When I told the sales woman that the other location said there should be no issue, she told me that she didn't care what the other store said and that she would not return the boots for me. And actually I didn't even ask for a return, I merely asked for store credit because these boots are just a tad too big for me. Very strange lol. I didn't catch her name but she claimed to be the manager. I wish the best for her and hopefully she'll become less bitter in the future! And perhaps seek a different profession as customer service is clearly not a fulfilling career for her. :)
