Verizon Authorized Retailer, Your Wireless

While we got the information needed it was by far the most awkward Verizon store encounter I've ever had. Usually you're greeted when you walk through the door or someone is at least there to greet you. Upon entering all three sales people stayed seated on the back counter staring at us without saying a word. As we approached we said a casual "hey there hows it going" followed by more silence. We finally approach the counter one young man finally says something to us asking what he could help us with and then giving us the needed information. I was disappointed with this interaction in this store and sadly this isn't the first time.
