Anna's Barber Shop

Yea, she isn't a kid person what so ever. We come from a military family so we like how she has always done a decent job. I have always accepted her non kid friendly attitude for a good haircut as long as she wasn't ugly to the kids. I have taken both my boys to her for sometime now. I have a 3 year old ( who has always been great for haircuts) that I brought in for a haircut. He was trying to itch his neck and instead of giving him a moment to itch she tries to pull his arms down to power through the haircut while he is yelling to stop while Her scolding me to hold him down. It escalated the situation to negative experience for everyone. We ended the haircut and then she asked me "why does he do this? In a concending manner like I'm a bad parent I just responded "Um,I don't know he is 3 ?!?" I hope to save another parent from this potential train wreck from happening to them.
