Duck Donuts

The place was clean and welcoming, and the concept interesting. It's hard to know what to do as a first timer, but after speaking with the person working at the counter we settled on a dozen using a few of their recommendations (the second picture is of the boardwalk). It takes a while to get the donuts made (which is ok, just need to be aware of it). It was disappointing to watch 2 employees watch a third do all the work while they chatted and laughed (it wasn't busy when I was there). I went for 3 stars because I really just am not all the impressed with the donuts. They're not as good in my view as Dunkin or sugar shack, and they're more expensive. I'm sure this is personal preference... If you're into artisan experiences then you may really enjoy the somewhat unique made to order approach.

Best donuts ive ever had. May not be as good as having them at the beach but theres no better donuts in the area. The options to make your own are endless and the staff is quick.
