I MADE AN APPOINTMENT for an oil change today for 2pm, I came 15 mins early btw. I get here & they let me know about an hour and a half, no problem even know when I booked the appointment they told me it would take about 45mins. Anyways I'm waiting and about an hour and 15 mins I decide to say something after the desk got off of a personal call. They looked embaressed because they had a bay open. Now just getting it in & he's telling me another 30 mins. I just think this is bad business. They obvisouly need to manage better. I'm sure had I not said anything the person who just came in probably would have gotten their inspection done before my simple oil change.
