This place is far worse than any other place I rented from. The stove didn't work when I moved in, in fact their fix to that since the plug didn't match the outlet was to splice the wire and "rig" the plug. The heat & AC was controlled by the lady in the duplex next to us so in the winter we had no heat and in the summer no AC, that was when the HVAC unit was actually working. We spent from May to August with NO AC at all. The "side yard" was full of extra crap the home owner had like screens, doors, toilets and he keeps his trailer on the side yard. The washing machine wouldn't drain on the first rinse and that was after being there for 3 months and having to go to the laundry mat to do laundry. Carolyn Liddell only cares about the money. We had carpet de flea, de ticked & deodorized when we moved out and she still says there is a dog smell in the house. The pool on the side of the house has dead small animals in it. Now lets talk about the black mold in the basement on 2 different occasions. Once near the washing machine and the 2nd in the "kitchen area" in the 3 unit. There was a major flood down there and after cleaning it a few months later there was fuzzy black mold. All that was done to get rid of it was paint over it. If you don't believe me ask my fiance and I have pictures that I am posting on here. Also we submitted service request and it would take months before they would get to them (if they actually did). We still have a service request that was done on 9/29/16 that was not taken care of when we moved out on 11/2/2016.
