not impressed, from the stations to the stylists. The stations are in need of cleaning and repair, chipped edges and rickety carts for a newish build out... then comes the stylist. Yes skilled, but not skilled in making clients comfortable or in kindness. First time customer and I'm met with roadblock after road block for the cut and color I wanted. Stylist refused to show me color swatches I requested to see, tried to talk me out of the cut I wanted because it was too much work for her, then makes sure comments while cutting about me waiting so long between cuts and I'm making her work for it today. Not cool. Neither was the bruise I had on the back of my head from when she hit my head with the shampoo bowl when reapplying tone. Only reason you stayed was because if a gift card. Won't be back, which is a shame because there are probably very talented stylists there.

I highly recommend Tristan for color/highlights/cut/style she's absolutely fantastic and knows exactly what she's doing. Flora was also great! Excellent customer service and highly recommended!
