I HAD to loose weight to fit into my wedding gown. I thought I would find a place to work out for the 2 months before my wedding and then I would be done. Well I never imagined finding a place I can do just that, loss the weight and so much more. The ladies that teach the classes are great at what they do!. Not only have I lost the weight but I truely enjoyed doing. The support, encouragement and kick ass attitude they all bring to class makes me keep coming back, not because I have to but because I WANT to! If you want to get your body and mind in shape to take on the world this is the place!
