The apartments are okay but the business itself is terrible.
First, don't ever expect to be notified when you get a package.... Or get your packages. Sometimes they're left in the building. Sometimes they're delivered to the office. Good luck trying to get them because half of the time they're lost in the unorganized closet in the back or the office is closed. They say they send package emails out. I never once got one.
Also good luck trying to get them on the phone. Don't bother. Just walk over there. Even if it's pouring rain.
Good luck trying to take a bath. The hot water tanks are so small, the bath wouldn't even be filled halfway before it was straight cold water coming out of the faucet. This is to include starting the dishwasher or the washing machine at the same time as taking a shower. I asked three times to have the hot water adjusted but they never took care of it. My washing machine lines were switched for months before I could get someone in for then to tell me they set it up wrong so all of my cold water washes were drowned in hot water.
EVERYTHING COMES AT A COST WITH THIS PLACE. My friends apartment down the street always has nice people working the office and they come in and replace lightbulbs for free. Don't even think about it with the flats. A 50 cent light bulb will cost you $10 to replace through the company. And most everything usually comes with some sort of attitude. It's a crock of snickerdoodles.
All in all this place as the potential to be really nice and comfortable living but they need to revamp the company a lot if they want to people to actually lease there and enjoy their stay.
