New Hampton Commons Apartments

I would not recommend New Hampton Commons because there are nicer apartments with friendlier rental staff at similar rates around the area. Living here was a hostile environment. The management was very unaccomadating to the needs of the apartment. There were raccoons, trash, roaches, spiders, and an assortment of random bugs around the complex. The heating was disportional through the apartment, meaning one bedroom would be very hot while the living room would be cold. The washer/dryer hooks up to the kitchen sink leaving the kitchen unaccessible while washing clothes. The washer and dryer would fail to stop on many occasions which would leave our electric bill to be over 300$ on a regular basis. The walls are paper thin, and I could hear my neighbors word-for-word phone, conversations, TV, and stereos all throughout the night. The management is not customer service oriented, they act as though any request made is a chore. Pros of living at this New Hampton they allow animals, it’s across from Hampton high school, and have 3br options.
