SEPHORA inside JCPenney

Just left this Sephora kind of frustrated. Went in with my work clothes on because I just got off, just restocking on my Nars concealer. Anyways, I had absolutely no makeup on and every time I go, Christina or Kristina, however it's spelt is the sweetest person, but the black girl that was also working with her was one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered while shopping at Sephora who pride themselves on customer service. I smiled at her and said hello and she just looked at me funny. She rang me out and didn't give me a bag, and she told me to take my stuff once the receipt was printed. I'm not really sure how she got hired.
